SAFFRON PANNA COTTA

We offer you our variant of the classic panna cotta and we recommend combining it with a delicious topping made with our apple and saffron compote, a delight for the palate!

Ingredients for 5 people:
• Put the saffron pistils in a cup with a little hot cream and let it rest for about 40 minutes;
• Combine cream, milk and sugar in a saucepan of adequate size and cook over low heat;
• Place the isinglass in a bowl of cold water to soften:
• Once the cream, milk and sugar mixture has reached the boiling point, remove it from the heat and add the squeezed isinglass and the contents of the cup with the pistils; mix well;
• Put the mixture in appropriate molds and / or jars, add the pistachios to taste and leave to rest for about 4 hours before serving;
Your saffron panna cotta is ready to be served and amaze your guests. For a more intense taste garnish with a teaspoon of apple and saffron compote.
